iYa Oekaki Board - OekakiPoteto

Yay new oekaki! :D
Thanks to Jason (uriel) for setting it up for me!
The new board will be easier to mod and you will have to sign up in order to draw~! So nowwww, don't spam or me will ban you! >:D

Rules:
-No spam (duh.)
-No profanity (I don't want board dramas.)
-No inappropriate languages please.
-Maximum pictures per day: 3 (if you do more : Delete!)
-DO NOT demand things archived. It is very rude to both the moderators and the artists. Especially when it DOESN'T happen.
-20 minutes minimum per picture is required, or deleted. And... Effort! XO
-Make at least 50% of the picture before posting incomplete AND you must have spent at least 45 minutes on it. (or get a permission from a mod)
(NEW!)-Do not summon Captain Planet.
IF YOU WANT A GUARANTEE FOR IT NOT TO BE DELETED, PLEASE FINISH IT ALL AT ONCE.
-Please, PLEASE finish the picture within 24 hours if unfinished
